February turned out to be a pretty good month.
\nI managed to finish both the cold sheep challenge and the Craft Challenges, I also completed a pair of Oddities for the reddit Kal. And I managed to start something for the Quarter 1 bust-a-long, though technically I might have started it in March.
\nI finished weaving in all the ends on projects thats have been just sitting around and\u00a0were otherwise finished this week.<\/p>\n

Some Successes:<\/p>\n

My Ombre Cowl turned\u00a0out lovely, I used it to full fill the tumblr challenge and not the quarter 1 bust-a-long, but as I’m still doing both I say pshhh.

The Fugly Forsaken hat.

\nI don’t much like this hat, but it’s a hat, it’s works as a hat and it full filled the requirements for the February Cold Sheep challenge.<\/p>\n

Sort of a success:<\/p>\n

Moddities.

\n<\/a>These are only sort of a success because I messed up the pattern, restarted them roughly 3-4 times and only walked away with one\u00a0completed pair and A tangled mess of yarn for the other. I will try the “follow the pattern” ones again, but for now…<\/p>\n

WIPS:<\/p>\n

So I was thinking of starting the Ten Stitch Blanket<\/a> by\u00a0Frankie Brown<\/a>\u00a0as\u00a0my “always meant to do this, but never did” project, I even cast it on. And I just wasn’t digging it, maybe because my brain knew I didn’t want or need another blanket right now. So I stopped.
\nI went back to my plans and revisited the Blarf<\/a>. Then, I looked at the bag with all the scarps, and thought there just wasn’t enough for solid strips across.
\nSo I dove\u00a0into my ravelry favs and dug out the Stash Buster Shawl<\/a>. Which would be perfect for all these tiny balls I had laying around.
\nSo far I love it.

And this Braided Cowl, which won’t go towards any challenge, but it has been in my queue to long.

My goals for March:<\/p>\n
